Queens HVAC Pro was founded in 2007 by master HVAC technician Antonio Rivera, a lifelong Queens resident who saw how badly his neighborhood was served by HVAC service companies that would either not answer after hours, charge emergency premiums, or send unlicensed workers.
Antonio built the company around three commitments that remain unchanged today:
1. Answer the phone, every time. No voicemail. No answering service. A real person — usually a licensed HVAC technician — picks up every call, 24 hours a day.
2. Price it before you start it. Every job gets a flat-rate quote before any work begins. The number you hear is the number you pay.
3. Send someone licensed. Every technician we dispatch holds a valid NYC HVAC service license. We don’t subcontract. We don’t send apprentices to handle complex jobs alone.
